costs and uncertainties of litigation we attempt where possible to avoid litigation and focus instead our procedures effectively oriented
to resolution of disputes at the audit level.
We also counsel individuals and entities in connection with accounting issues, corporate and partnership tax and transactional planning and
provide advice to tax professionals.
